  1. We are an open and fair company, proud to design and sell our knitwear. We trust you and hope you trust us. We will therefor always try to solve any problems between us. 


  1. The following terms&conditions shall govern the sale between bieq and the buyer. By placing orders w/ bieq-knitwear.com, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our terms&conditions. These terms&conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of bieq. bieq reserves the right to change its terms&conditions after the expiry of the term. Each order is subject to the terms&conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. If you find any subject in the terms&conditions not acceptable, please contact bieq before placing your order. 


  1. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18years or older 





2.1 The language of the Terms and Conditions is English. 





3.1 All prices are retailprices and stated in EURO. Prices will not be increased within the duration of the offer, unless legal action is necessary. Prices are displayed including Dutch VAT  (21%). Shipment to all countries within the European Union is processed on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. 


3.2 If you ordered products to be delivered outside the EU, they maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the final destination. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. For further information if needed, please contact your local customs office before placing an order. Please also note that you must comply w/all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for a breach of any such laws by you. 

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer’s wish, the cost incurred by us for the return of the shipment of products, refused by the customer at customs in the destination country. 





4.1  bieq supplies from stock. All knitwear which stated ‘in stock’ are usually in stock and will be shipped the next working day after we receive the payment. If your order is not in stock we will send you and email and refund the money the same day on your account. 





5.1 Payments for orders placed online are done immediate in real time, using our payment provider. We offer the following secure payment methods through Mollie : credit card (visa, mastercard, american express), paypal, apple pay and ideal. bieq reserves the right to delay or cancel any order if fraud is suspected. 


5.2 We do not store any payment information. Your payment passes directly and securely through bieq-knitwear.com to our service provider Mollie. We only work w/ reliable software partners and take all possible steps to provide you w/ completely safe access to our services. However, we do not take responsibility for any damage caused by our website or related partners of our website. If the data is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. 






6.1 Your order will be shipped w/ PostNL and have track&trace so you can always follow the parcel once delivered at PostNL. Prices for this shipment is mentioned per article and can differ when you buy more items in one order. 


6.2 Your order will be prepared for shipment on the next working day (monday until friday). All delivery times depend on the carrier PostNL and can be checked via the track&trace. 

Estimated delivery times : 

The Netherlands : 1-3 working days 

within Europe     : 2-10 working days 

Outside Europe   : 3-12 working days 



bieq is not liable for any delays in delivery or failure to deliver, if this is caused by labour troubles, strikes, pandemics, lockdowns, lock-outs, war, riots, fire, flood, storm, accidents, material shortage, factory acts or breakdowns, rule regulations, orders of directives by any government body or any acts of GOD beyond bieq’s control. 





7.1 We ship our knitwear all over the world. The shipping costs depend on the type of product you buy from us. Please check during the checkout in your cart, which shipping costs apply for your order destination. 


7.2 For all our customers : you are very welcome to visit bieq and pick up your order yourself. 





8.1 We reserve the right to refuse any order you place w/ us. We may, in our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restricitions may include orders made w/ one payment, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order or cancel it, we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing adress/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, sellers or distributors. 


8.2 You agree to provide current, complete and accurate customer information for all purchases made in our webshop. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email adress, bank card numbers and expiration dates, in order for us to be able to complete your transactions and contact you when needed. 


8.3 I did not receive a confirmation mail, what to do ? 

You should always receive an email regarding your order. Please check your junk mail and spam folder if you did not receive an email from us. If not, please contact us by sending an email to bieq.knitwear@gmail.com. We will do our very best to assist you. 


8.4 Can i change or cancel the order ? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us by sending an email to bieq.knitwear@gmail.com. We will do our very best to assist you. 

If you have been charged the wrong amount at the checkout, we will give you the option of placing a new order w/ the correct price or cancelling your order. We, however, reserve the right to cancel any order or dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case, we will notify you by phone or by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. 


8.5 What should I do if I do not receive my order ? 

–  If you have not received your package within 7 days ( the Netherlands) or 14 days (other countries) and no delivery note has been left for you, you can contact bieq.knitwear@gmail.com for assistance. 





9.1 You can return your products withing 30 days after receiving it. Please contact us first by sending an email to bieq.knitwear@gmail.com so we can instruct you how to proceed. After following our procedure, you can send your returning product(s) to :

9.2 Please do not wear our knitwear before returning. We will only accept returns of items that have not been worn, used, washed or altered. Returned items must be received w/ original package and all tags intact. The costs incurred for the return shipment are on you. After we receive the product, we will check it and if the return is accepted we will refund the total price of the product(s) you returned through the payment system you used to pay us. The shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.   





10.1 If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first by sending an email to bieq.knitwear@gmail.com, so we can instruct you on how to proceed. After following our procedure, simply return the unwanted item (the costs incurred for the return shipment are on you). After we received the product, we will check it and if the return is accepted we will send you the preferred item for replacement ( the costs incurred for the shipment are on us). 


10.2 What should I do if my products are damaged or if I did not receive what i ordered ? 

Each product is handmade at our atelier in Lima / Peru. We take extreme care to make each one as perfect as possible. If any of your products are damaged or you did not receive what you ordered, please contact us by sending an email to bieq.knitwear@gmail.com before returning the product(s), so we can give you instructions on how to proceed.

12.1 The perception of colours of products at bieq-knitwear.com can vary depending on the screen. Therefor, the colour as seen on the screen can vary a little from the actual colour of the product. We have tried to display the colours of the wool as accurately  as possible.

14.1 All bieq knitwear has been designed by Angelique Roelofsen in Haarlem/ Netherlands and fully produced in Lima/ Peru, where bieq works w/ the most experienced small ateliers, ensuring a perfect fusion between creativity and traditional craftmanship. The handmade garments are (hand)machine knitted and put together by hand. 


14.2 The main goal for this brand is to cherish the beautiful craft of knitwear and provide people in Peru an income, therefor we love to have the garments made in Peru, either machine or handmachine knitted there is work to knit our collection, this makes us happy, #roundcircle
